Early-access privacy notice
We keep the early-access form separate from identity.
The expression-of-interest form is used to understand market interest in 1App and, where you consent, to contact you about research, early access or a future pilot.
What we collect
Name and work email are required. Organisation, role, area of interest and your note are optional except for the selected interest area.
What we do not do
- Submitting the form does not create a 1App account or canonical identity.
- Interest data is not used as an authentication credential or identity-linking signal.
- The site does not claim that early-access registration guarantees product access.
How it is stored
Early-access submissions are kept in a separately namespaced marketing-interest table and are not treated as 1App identity records. Repeat submissions from the same email update the recorded interest rather than creating multiple identity records.
Retention
Early-access records are marked to expire 12 months after the most recent submission. Expired records are purged when the submission service processes later registrations. A scheduled retention job will be added before broader commercial availability.
Current stage
1App is pre-commercial. This notice will be expanded before broader commercial availability as contact channels and broader operational privacy processes are finalised.
